The hills of a hundred horizons
The production area of Prosecco Merlo extends for 23 hectares at the foot of the Dolomites, on the Asolo hills.
The average altitude is about 250 meters above sea level. The good temperature ranges and the particularly generous climate allow us to produce an excellent Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
THE COMPANY
A family reality
Azienda Agricola Merlo is a family business born many years ago in Graziano's mind when as a child he walked in the vineyards with his father Pietro who passed on to him the love for simple and natural things.
Today Graziano is supported by his wife Sabrina and his children Silvia, Tommaso and Alberto in the management of the company.
The family has always worked to favor quality even at the expense of quantity. For this reason, great attention and time is dedicated to the direct cultivation of the vineyards that are followed step by step throughout the agricultural year with great love and dedication.
